Members must please pass on enquiries if you cannot handle them yourself - please remember that.
This group network arrangement will only bring in business if we all work together and pass on enquiries - so please do let's try to get together and make this work. The whole group will work on trust and members are expected to manage the hires and hirers in an exemplary manner.
Should any hirers be found to be problematical in any way, we would expect this type of information to be fed back to the group as a whole to help prevent such problems happening in future with other companies.
We will endeavour if not too busy, to pass on enquiries to other suitable members if you don't have time to search for the right vehicle / hire company yourself. It would obviously be good if you could contact each other personally though - it will work better that way.
