How to book the camper:

1. Check  HOW TO BOOK for what we need to know when you ring or email.  e.g. Amongst other things we will require the following

• Dates of hire, Drivers name, address & age, number in party, where you are going
  
• licence points & occupation of hirer and or driver
  

then by email or telephone ask if the dates you require are free.

• On the odd occasions when we are away (maybe in the camper), and you don't get to speak to us on the phone immediately, please email - we access this daily when away.

We will book the dates for you on a provisional basis. 01398-371177. We are generally near the telephone phone between 10.30am and 3.30pm during the week (the office is closed on weekends) but respond to email when we can outside these hours.

2. Print the Booking Form here (or ask for one to be sent), complete fully, sign & return by post or email.

You must include with the form:

• A copy of your driving licence (both parts if a photo licence)
• A copy of a recent utility bill.

At that time you must pay the Booking Admin Fee of £10, and the Deposit

• Pay the deposit by credit / debit card over the telephone or by paypal. This will secure the dates immediately.

• Pay the depoisit by Paypal to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  
• The booking is not firm until the payment is cleared.
• Pay here, right now by Paypal to secure your booked dates (be sure you have confirmed by phone that the dates are free)
  
  

• By returning this completed and signed form you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

How to Pay the Hire Fee

Pay the balance of the hire fee by credit card only.  The payment should reach us no less than 3 weeks prior to handover.

The hire fee must be cleared by our bank no less than 3 weeks prior to handover of the vehicle.

How to Pay the Security Bond

The security bond must be paid by credit card and must be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to handover. The Security bond must be cleared by our bank at least 3 weeks prior to handover.

Please note:  If the Hire fee and Security Bond are not received by the required time, the booking will revert to Provisional and the vehicle will be open to other hirers.

When you arrive to take delivery of the camper please bring with you :-

• A printed copy of the Hire Agreement - a copy of which must be signed by you at the time of handover. The Camper Hire UK representative will be required to witness your signature on this and the booking form.
• Driving Licence - paper or photo type.  You must bring both sections of the photo licence.
• Utility Bill - a recent one please.
  
• Passport
