What to do:

Click on Browse and it takes you to your own computer where you search for your photo - click or double click on your photo and then decide what size and click OK.  Now WAIT for the photo to resize.

Next :  Right click on the photo and SAVE a copy - check where you are saving it and if in same folder as original, just add resized to the name of the original so that you know which is the smaller one.

Most web sites use the smaller sizes so try that if the larger size is not accepted by the web site you want to put your photo on.
